How to use
1. Before 22:00 the night before the trip, a specialist will contact you to arrange specific travel matters. Please make sure to keep your phone open. If you are not contacted within the time limit, please call customer service. This product requires a gathering to enter the park. Once the specialist determines the gathering time for the next day, you must arrive on time. Do not be late to avoid other guests waiting. If you cannot contact by phone or are late for more than 15 minutes, the service may not be carried out, or your rights and interests will be damaged. The losses incurred shall be borne by the guests themselves. 2. The package must be booked at least one day in advance, and each order must be booked for 2 people. 3. If the scenic spot is overcrowded, and there are other problems, such as the fast pass cannot be booked, our company will take the initiative to contact the customer to change the package, or deduct the ticket fee to refund the full amount of the fast pass. No compensation will be made. 4. In the event of a failure in the scenic spot's exclusive card system, overcrowding, suspension of exclusive card sales, the scenic spot not issuing reservation cards, and other force majeure factors, a refund can be made according to the actual arrangement, deducting the actual expenditure, and no compensation will be made. The entry time needs to be based on our final notice and specify the arrival location. 5. For services that cannot be used due to force majeure (due to weather reasons, equipment outage, machine failure, equipment maintenance or outage, etc.), the official has the right to change or increase or decrease the amusement items. Please understand if there are changes or increases or decreases in items, and no compensation will be made; 6. Disney has dress code services. If the guest does not meet the requirements and does not enjoy the service, it will be deemed that the guest has waived it on his own; 7. Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 30 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 15 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 90% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 15 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
