
1. A specialist will contact you before 22:00 the night before your trip to arrange specific travel matters. Please make sure to keep your phone open. If there is no contact within the time limit, please call customer service. This product requires a gathering to enter the park. Once the specialist confirms the gathering time the next day, you must arrive on time. Do not be late to avoid other guests waiting. If you cannot be contacted by phone or are late for more than 15 minutes, the service may not be provided or your rights and interests may be damaged. The losses incurred shall be borne by the guests themselves.
2. The package must be booked at least one day in advance, and each order must be for 2 people at least
3. If the scenic spot is overcrowded, or there are other problems, such as the fast pass cannot be booked, our company will proactively contact the customer to change the package, or deduct the ticket fee and refund the full amount of the fast pass. No compensation will be made.
4. In the event of force majeure such as a malfunction of the scenic spot's exclusive card system, a park overflow, suspension of exclusive card sales, the scenic spot not issuing reservation cards, etc., a refund can be made based on actual arrangements, minus actual expenses, without any compensation. The entry time needs to be based on our final notice and the designated arrival location.
5. If the service cannot be used due to force majeure (due to weather reasons, equipment outage, machine failure, equipment maintenance or outage, etc.), the official has the right to change or increase or decrease the amusement items. Please understand that no compensation will be made if any changes or increases or decreases occur;
6. Disney has dress code requirements. If a guest does not meet the requirements and does not enjoy the service, it will be deemed that the guest has voluntarily given up the service.
7. Once the ticket is sold, it cannot be refunded, changed or exchanged;
8. Exclusive parking spaces are limited, please contact customer service to confirm first;
9. If the guest is late for more than half an hour due to personal reasons, which affects the entertainment projects, causes disruption or even makes it impossible to get service, no refund will be given!
10. After payment, we will contact you by phone before 20:00 the night before the trip to hand over precautions and itinerary arrangements.
