Know Before Booking

• You'll receive your driver's details through WhatsApp 4 hours to 1 day before your arrival or hotel pick-up.
• This transfer service is for one-way travel only. If you need a round trip, please make separate bookings for each leg of the journey.
• Car seats are available for children aged 1-4, weighing between 17-25 kg (please note that a child car seat occupies one passenger seat, and an extra cost applies).

Car Capacity [Each additional suitcase will occupy one seat ]

• 2 passengers (including child and baby) + 4 pieces of luggage (standard size 24″ suitcases).
• 4 passengers (including child and baby) + 2 pieces of luggage (standard size 24″ suitcases).

Remark:

• This applies to all car types. For each additional passenger (including children and babies), you can carry one fewer 24" suitcase. For example, with 2 passengers, you can carry 4 suitcases; with 3 passengers, you can carry 3 suitcases; with 4 passengers, you can carry 2 suitcases; and so on.

Overtime Surcharge

• For Airport Pick Up Service extra charge IDR 100.000/hours if driver waiting more than 2 hours after plane landed
• For Hotel Pick Up Service extra charge IDR 100.000/hours if driver waiting more than 30 minutes after customer pick up request

Note:

• Please choose midnight service if the flight will be landed around 23:00 until 03:00 local time
• Please choose midnight service if departure pick up time from your hotel around 23:00 until 03:00 local time
