The tour agent, Kuan, was very punctual. She arrived with her driver on time at our hotel entrance on time and was very caring. Her explaining was clear and indeed I should say she is very professional.

Our tour guide Paul is the cutest! His "ok-ok" is so influencing and catchy he perked our day. It's a pity the weather wasn't on our side, else the trip would have been perfect! Our driver Tay (not sure if I spelled correctly), was the best, very safe driver and ensured that the passengers' safety and comfort is well taken care of.
