We had a fantastic time. There were 18 of us in total. We were picked up in a small bus. Our guide, Toni, showed us many places and was always up for a laugh. He made plenty of stops so we could enjoy the views and take photos.

The best hiking experience ever—two peaks in one unforgettable day! Hiking Pico Ruivo and Pico do Arieiro on the same day was absolutely breathtaking and truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience thanks to Vitor and Levadas in and out. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The driver, Vitor, was exceptional—warm, incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely thoughtful. He made every moment enjoyable and ensured we got the most out of every stop. The attention to detail from the company is truly impressive. You can tell they genuinely care about providing the best possible experience, with top-level service and thoughtful touches throughout the day. This was one of the highlights of my time in Madeira, and I cannot recommend them strongly enough. If you’re considering a tour—book it. You will love it!

John picked us up from our hotel on time. We really enjoyed him as a tour guide (and driver of the 4x4!) as he was super knowledgeable about our surroundings and very friendly. We stopped a few times for views and were able to take photos, toilet breaks etc. there wasn't any walking involved and the drive takes you to all the important and scenic stops. We would definitely recommend! Thanks again John!

With Magno as our guide, we had a fantastic time! There was a great atmosphere, he explained the flora and the area, and we laughed a lot! The walk was spectacular, 100% recommended.
