The cost was significantly cheaper than other companies, so I was a little worried about what the content would be, but it was a really fun and good tour. The meeting point was easy to find, the time allocation and safety were excellent, so I was able to participate with peace of mind. Our tour guide, Pauline, is fluent in both Japanese and English and was very kind, polite, and guided us in an easy-to-understand manner, making it a very fulfilling and informative tour. I would definitely use this tour again on my next visit.

One of our most amazing and wonderful experience in travelling. We book our tours under Rotour company in trip.com. So many words to describe how satisfied we are. Our tour guide is Miss Sopihie, she's very amazing, friendly and accomodating. ❤️

It was a good trip and Jenny, the tour guide, was helpful and entertaining. She offered to take my photos, which I'm grateful for since I was travelling solo. She also offered me some tissue when she noticed that I was sweating. There was a lot of walking involved so if you don't mind walking in the humid weather, it would be a good experience. Free time is limited so it would be best to carefully plan how you want to use your time. At Jiufen, we were offered to either eat at the restaurant they recommended or find something to eat in the streets. I chose to eat at the restaurant but considering the limited time we had, I should have chosen to eat on the streets instead so that I have more time to explore and buy souvenirs. The food at the recommended restaurant was still delicious, it just may not have been ideal with my limited free time. The only downfall I would have is that the website gave me the wrong meeting point. It was only when I tried to get in touch with the tour guide that I noticed the meeting point was somewhere else.
