We requested for no beef in our cooking class & the guide host catered for our needs & was very sensible in engaging us in the cooking class. Self walking tour in Bologna when you are there less than 24 hours. This self guided tour was a great way for my wife and I to see some of the great sites and hear their history. Taking approx 90 minutes at our pace we explored back streets and major attractions.
