Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.

From the moment we landed, staff were waiting and guided us through immigration smoothly and professionally. We skipped the long queues and cleared immigration in just a few minutes. The whole process was exactly as described, very well organized, and super easy to book. Staff were friendly, efficient, and made the arrival experience completely stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone flying into HCM, especially if you arrive during peak hours. Will definitely use this service again!

Very easy to locate the staff. Save us hours from queuing, the immigration clearance only took us 15mins and collect luggage within 10mins. Less than 30mins we alrd out of airport. Recommended if you travel to Vietnam during peak season especially if you travel with elderly and kids.

If it weren't for this service, I would have missed my flight. They contacted me right away and stuck with me until the very end to help me get through quickly. However, Ho Chi Minh City Airport is a real nightmare, both going there and coming back, so get to the airport quickly.

Greta service. Staff member was already waiting for us when we arrived at the immigration hall. She took us to the “VIP” lane, which was empty: we cleared the passaport check in literally 5 minutes. To be honest, the regular qeue wasn’t that bad but we still saved at least 30-40 minutes.
