I was worried about traveling alone, but my anxiety grew even more when my arrival time was almost midnight. Arriving at the immigration counter, I was struck by the sheer size of the crowd and the strictness of the uniforms. However, the company representative explained everything clearly, and I was able to meet the local staff and enter the country safely and quickly. My departure was also smooth. Thank you. I highly recommend this service to anyone traveling. Please note that the ticket booths typically open three hours before departure, so it's helpful to know this. Thank you for your hard work.

Fast track seems fine. As anyone who's been to Vietnam knows, I bought it because I've experienced waiting for over an hour on average. It was nice to be able to use the VIP special service used by airline employees. I used it because I could enter the country quickly. An hour is a waste of time. As soon as I landed at the airport, an employee was holding a sign, so I recognized them right away, and immigration took less than five minutes. I'll use it again. It's definitely a must-have.

This was very helpful as we travelled as family of 6.. alot of planes landed at the same time and we were given the ease to just arrive and be taken to a fast lane to immigration and straight out to get our baggage.

I applied for fast track because it took forever to enter Vietnam. It was convenient and great to be able to fast track my entry. I use it often whenever I enter the country. The line next to me was incredibly long, but I cleared immigration in less than 10 minutes. I'm extremely satisfied! If I hadn't applied for fast track, I would have waited an hour. I highly recommend it. As soon as I landed at the airport, I saw an immigration officer holding a sign, so I immediately recognized them. The immigration process took less than 5 minutes. It might seem like a waste of money when you're not busy, but since it guarantees fast entry, it's worth it. I think it's a must-have for families!
