Eligibility

Adult: Age 18+

Child: Age 14+

Minors under 18 will need an additional Guardianship Form signed and Notarized by their Guardian. We will assume guardianship of minors for the purpose of emergencies, hospitalization etc.

How to use

After Purchase we will be in touch ASAP to help you with processing your visa. Participants will come on a tourist visa. We will issue a letter of Invitation and provide advice on visa processing service centers in your country.

Please allow yourself at least 1.5 months to process visa and prepare to come.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 10 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 10 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 25% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

All Participants will need a visa of at least 31 days. Please check with your local visa processing center for best advice on visa.

We can give advice on some great Langauge APPS to download and start using immediately in order to get more out of your language study while here.

Parents are welcome to accompany their minor participants. We can help parents to arrange lodging in a private room. Parents who travel with participants need not pay full price. You can pay the actual price of lodging nearby. Choose your own price range!
