If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- During the winter season (1 November - 31 March): The visit to Athena Pronaia Sanctuary will not take place due to the limited opening hours of the exhibition area.
- During the summer season (1 April - 31 October): The visit to Athena Pronaia Sanctuary will take place based on the authority's permission.
