How to use
Important: The meeting point is not at the Eiffel Tower. Please meet 15 minutes before the time indicated, at the office of the local tour operator, located near the Eiffel Tower on Av. de la Bourdonnais, 75007.
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note
- Children under 4 years are not permitted on this tour
- You will have a multilingual audio-guide for the river cruise, which you can decide to join before or after visiting the Eiffel Tower. Please note you must go to the agency first to pick up your tickets for the cruise
- You must arrive at the local tour operator's office 15 minutes prior to the confirmed time on your voucher, this timing must be strictly adhered to. Latecomers will not be granted entry to the tower or any form of refund. Tickets cannot be picked up in advance and alternative meeting points are not available
- Entry for the Eiffel Tower is reserved at a specific time slot. Tickets cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded
- Please note, it is not possible to buy a ticket for the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower
