The experience was pretty good, but the blue ice cave we actually saw was a bit small. However, the scenery along the way was quite nice. Although hot chocolate was not provided, the tour guide was very professional and the staff at the counter were very patient in helping us. Overall it was very good!★

This was genuinely one of the best days of my life. Every stop was absolutely stunning, and the whole day just flowed so nicely. Everyone in our group was so friendly which made the experience even more special. Our tour guide Ian was honestly wonderful. He was kind, funny, and so knowledgeable, and you could really tell how much he loves what he does. He went above and beyond, making extra stops that were not even on the itinerary and pulling over whenever possible so we could get the best photos. Nothing ever felt rushed and he made sure everyone was happy and getting the most out of the day. I cannot recommend this tour enough. If you are visiting Iceland, you really should do this. It was worth every penny and something I will remember forever. I will definitely be using Gateway to Iceland again on my next trip.★

We decided to join a moderate difficulty glacier hike rather than an easier ice cave tour to have a more relaxed and personal experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the hike! Both guides were super fun. knowledgeable and informative, taught us all about Milankovitch cycles and moraines and many more! They took us into a cave and up and down meanders to truly immerse ourselves into Mother Nature. I feel so lucky to have seen and been on this immaculate beauty and with lovely company. Would definitely recommend!
