I took my kids to Dalian for a summer vacation and was immediately captivated by everything about the city: a garden city, picturesque scenery, and a pleasant climate! We booked a day trip to Lushun and were fortunate to meet our witty, humorous, and incredibly caring driver, Master Guan. He recounted historical stories about Dalian and Lushun, and we chatted and laughed all the way to Lushunkou! We first visited the decommissioned submarine, the Lushun Slogan. My kids, military enthusiasts, loved the exhibits of retired weapons. Then, we climbed Baiyu Mountain to overlook the Lushun Naval Port, one of the world's five best ports. The view was expansive and beautiful! In the Naval Port Park, Master Guan prepared a large handful of sausages to feed the seagulls. The Lushun Museum was packed with tourists, perhaps because it was air-conditioned and cool! For lunch, the noodle restaurant Master Guan recommended was economical and affordable, and the kids loved it! Master Guan even bought my son and me iced drinks, saying they'd help cool us down and replenish our sugar intake. Thank you, Master Guan! The weekend "Crossing the Guandong" festival is packed, and the live-action performances here really made it feel real! Today's trip was very comfortable, not too fast or too slow, not too rushed or too hurried. Thanks to the driver, Master Guan, for his patient and careful care and humorous explanations! The service was very good, the experience was great, and it was excellent overall with high cost performance.

I really liked it. Departure from the boat. The beach is crowded, but there are few swimmers, and only 10-15 people snorkeling. They provide masks and snorkels, but they lack a valve and are battered. At high tide, you often have to dive, the most interesting part is at a depth of 2-3 meters. There are polyps, fish, and lots of small sea urchins. Kong has the most beautiful seabed in Krabi I've seen, but it's certainly not the Red Sea. The return transfer was in an open car with benches; I regretted not taking a taxi. The other islands are purely for photos; swimming there is not convenient.

Cindy was an excellent and very experienced local guide. We booked a private tour, and she planned our route and itinerary according to our departure time. She showed us the train arriving and departing from the station, which was so interesting! Then we went straight to the floating market, arriving on time without missing a beat. She even helped us queue and found a less crowded stall to eat at in the bustling market. Finally, she arranged time for us to experience elephant riding according to our wishes! Thank you, Cindy!
