Customer service responded promptly and patiently answered all my questions. The driver/guide arranged the itinerary well and was very enthusiastic! Having lived in Australia for many years, he was very familiar with the sights and chatted amiably throughout the trip. The cable car queue was quite long. The cable car ride down leads to a valley with a well-maintained rainforest boardwalk. The return journey also involves a cable car ride; another cable car section offers views of waterfalls. The return trip involved taking a ferry back to the city. The driver/guide took us to the pier, where we bought our own tickets and boarded the ferry; the scenery was also quite beautiful.

Otto H, our guide, was excellent! He proactively took photos for us, was very enthusiastic and patient, explained some of the history of the Blue Mountains, recommended good local restaurants, and even suggested fun attractions in Sydney.

The weather environment is very good, pure natural oxygen bar. Panoramic glass cable car, you can overlook the three sister peaks and cartoon waterfalls at 270m high altitude with a 360° surround sightseeing expression! If the sun is strong enough, you can see that the entire valley is really dizzy and dyed a blue mist ～ a good experience

The tour guide was very nice, the interior of the car was very new and clean, the itinerary was also very good, full but not rushed, but unfortunately the wind was too strong at Lincoln Rock

The Blue Mountains are beautiful, and my experience traveling with my two children on a group tour was excellent! The Mercedes was new, safe, and comfortable, and the music on board made the whole trip very pleasant and relaxing. I must mention our tour guide, Vincent, who was incredibly attentive, kind, and warm-hearted. My younger son got carsick on the bus, and they provided vomit bags and trash bags. When my older son forgot his phone, Vincent brought it to us at the pier. Thank you so much! 🙏
