3. Able to stand independently for 1 hour and enter/exit the hot air balloon basket with ease.

The Hunter Region is just a 2-hour drive from Sydney, home to over 150 wineries producing high-quality wines. In the 1820s, many local families planted the region's first grapevines, making the Hunter Region one of Australia's oldest wine-producing areas. This vibrant attraction offers a dynamic experience for visitors.

Itinerary overview: Meet in Sydney city center and depart > Arrive at Petersons House > Head to the hot air balloon launch site > Prepare for takeoff > Ascend for scenic views > Land and return to the winery > Enjoy a champagne breakfast > Return to Sydney city center to end the trip

• Approx. 2:30 AM departure from 3 major locations in Sydney (exact departure time will be confirmed one day prior to travel).
• Arrive at the hot air balloon ride point of departure, Petersons House, at 5:00 AM to meet the pilot and staff members.
• 5:30 AM Take the hot air balloon ride bus to the launch site, where you can assist the pilot in inflating the balloon.
• Take off at 6:30 AM as the hot air balloon gently ascends, ready to greet the first rays of dawn piercing through the darkness. The mist enveloping the valleys and the morning sun bathing the land will make you feel like you're in a fairyland! The entire hot air balloon ride lasts 45 to 60 minutes.
• At 8:00 AM, the hot air balloon ride will land smoothly. The crew will pack up the balloon while travelers return for a champagne celebration and enjoy a delicious breakfast prepared by the winery restaurant. Receive your flight certificate as proof of completing this amazing experience!
• Depart at 9:00 AM for the return trip to Sydney, with a travel time of approx. 2 hrs.

Reminder:

[Weight] Weight must be under 140 kg. Children's weight must be under 50 kg (those over 50 kg must book an adult ticket).

Age: Children must be at least 7 years old and taller than 120cm to see over the basket edge. They must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Please note that burner noise may frighten younger children.

Travel: Hot air balloon rides usually take place before sunrise, so please prepare for your early departure.

Participation restrictions Pregnant women are not recommended to participate in this activity. Due to the nature of the activity, it is not recommended for people with limited mobility, wheelchair users, those with medical conditions (such as high blood pressure or epilepsy), and seniors.

Group confirmation notice This itinerary requires a minimum of 6 participants. If the group cannot be formed due to insufficient participants, we will notify you to reschedule or process a refund, typically 2–3 days in advance regarding group confirmation status.

• Stay warm: With large temperature differences between morning and evening, we recommend each passenger bring a fleece-lined jacket for warmth.
• Energy supply: The entire experience from the meeting point to the end of the hot air balloon ride takes approx. 3 hrs. We recommend bringing your own snacks to replenish energy.
• Dress code: Please wear long sleeves and pants, and choose comfortable, non-slip shoes. Since dew on the grass may wet your footwear, we recommend bringing a pair of waterproof outdoor shoes.
• Pre-flight preparation: Please arrive at the meeting point in advance and follow staff instructions to complete necessary safety checks and preparations. During the flight, please follow the pilot's instructions and enjoy this unforgettable journey in the sky.
• The flight certificate will be sent to your email after the trip is completed.
