Important Notes:
1. Minors or children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. Unaccompanied minors or children cannot participate. If your booking includes children, please specify their ages in advance. Otherwise, adult fees will be charged on-site. For safety reasons, pregnant travelers can only join if they will be no more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the trip.
2. Please ensure to provide accurate and complete information, including name, gender, valid contact details (preferably a mobile phone for easy notification in case of issues), and the exact tour meeting point, to avoid any impact on your trip. You will be responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect information.
3. Tour participants must purchase admission tickets through the guide and cannot bring their own tickets or use City Pass. Ticket prices for attractions and group meal fees may change based on official notices from the attractions, and will be subject to the prices announced by the attractions on the day.
4. During the actual trip, the guide or driver may adjust the order of attractions, duration of visits, or meeting time based on weather, traffic conditions, and other factors to ensure a smooth journey.
5. In case of force majeure, the guide may adjust the itinerary based on actual circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
6. Children under 8 years old must use safety seats when joining the tour. The rental fee is $10.00 per person per day. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. Any fines or violations caused by failure to notify us in advance will be the guest's responsibility. On travel days when a bus is arranged, safety seats are not required and the fee will be refunded.
7. Many attractions on this itinerary require participants to be in basic good health. Visitors with disabilities or mobility impairments should contact us in advance before booking. If not notified in time, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating arrangements.
8. For local optional activities requiring CAD payment, all prices in CAD exclude 5% GST.
9. Guests must prepare all required entry documents and materials for cross-border travel. Whether entry is permitted is subject to the decision of customs authorities in each country. If entry is denied, the paid tour fee will not be refundable.
10. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, travelers are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time provided by the guide. If the delay exceeds 10 minutes, the vehicle will depart without waiting. In the event of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failures, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks, we cannot guarantee arrival at the pick-up & drop-off point(s) on time. We shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, flight/train/bus delays, or additional travel expenses incurred due to these circumstances.
11. We reserve the right to transfer travelers to another vehicle during the tour for operational convenience, assigning different guides and drivers as needed.
12. The following tips will help you check in faster and more efficiently: Bring a valid photo ID; Present a printed or electronic itinerary.
13. This is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group during the tour, please notify and obtain consent from your guide in advance. You will need to sign a departure agreement, and any uncompleted itinerary will be deemed forfeited with no refund provided.
14. Complimentary items in the itinerary that cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as transportation or weather, or cannot be visited due to personal reasons, are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.
15. According to relevant laws, smoking is prohibited on the bus during group tours. If you need to smoke, please use designated smoking areas.
16. Pets and animals are not allowed on any tours.
