Travel notice:
1. If you hold a U.S. or Canadian passport: You must carry a valid U.S. or Canadian passport.
2. If you hold a US resident ID or Canadian resident ID: You must carry a valid passport and your US or Canadian resident ID. Ensure your US or Canadian resident ID is within its expiration date and carry it with you at all times.
3. If you do not have the above documents: Please prepare the corresponding travel visa in advance according to the instructions of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
4. As this itinerary involves Canada, please bring your US passport or national passport along with a green card.
5. For those without a US passport or green card, a valid passport from their home country and valid visas for the United States & Canada are required.

Important Notes:
1. Minors or children under 18 must be accompanied by adults to join the tour group. Unaccompanied minors or children are not allowed to participate. For safety considerations regarding pregnant women, those joining the tour must not exceed 24 weeks of pregnancy by the end of the itinerary.
2. Please ensure to provide accurate and complete information, including name, gender, valid contact details (preferably mobile phone for easy notification in case of issues), and exact tour meeting point, to avoid any travel disruptions. Any losses caused by providing incorrect information will be your own responsibility.
3. Tour participants cannot bring their own tickets or use City Pass. Admission ticket prices for attractions and group meal fees may change according to temporary notices from the attractions, with the final prices determined by the attractions' official announcements on the day of visit.
4. During the actual trip, the guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the visiting order of attractions, duration of stay, or meeting time based on weather, traffic conditions, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.
5.In case of force majeure, the guide may adjust the itinerary based on actual circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
6. Children under 8 years old joining the tour must use safety seats, with a rental fee of $10.00 per person per day. Please be sure to inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. Any violations and fines caused by failure to notify in advance will be the responsibility of the guest. Thank you for your understanding. Safety seats are not required when traveling by bus on the day of the trip, and the fee will be refunded.
7. Many attractions on this itinerary require participants to meet basic health conditions. Visitors with disabilities and those with limited mobility are advised to contact us in advance before booking. If not notified in time, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating arrangements.
8. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, travelers are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time provided by the guide. If the delay exceeds 10 min, the vehicle will depart without waiting. In case of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failures, strikes, government shutdowns, wars, or terrorist attacks, we cannot guarantee timely arrival at the pick-up & drop-off point(s). Our company shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by itinerary delays or any additional expenses incurred, including but not limited to flight, train, or bus tickets and other travel-related costs.
9. We reserve the right to transfer travelers to another vehicle during the tour for operational convenience, and assign different guides and drivers to provide services.
10. The following tips will help you check in faster and more efficiently: Bring a valid photo ID; Present a printed or electronic itinerary.
11. This is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group during the tour, please notify and obtain consent from your guide in advance. You will need to sign a departure agreement, and any uncompleted itinerary will be deemed forfeited with no refund provided.
12. Complimentary items in the itinerary will not be refunded if they cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as transportation or weather, or if you are unable to participate due to personal reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
13. According to U.S. federal law, smoking is prohibited on the bus during group tours. If you need to smoke, please use designated smoking areas.
14. Pets and animals are not allowed on any tours.
