All safaris are conducted by licensed captains using insured 4x4 vehicles equipped with seat belts, roll bars, GPS tracking, and a first-aid kit.
Comfortable clothing is advised: light outfits in summer and a jacket for winter evenings.
Henna painting is optional; guests with sensitive skin are advised to avoid it.
Pickup takes place within 45 minutes before your selected time. Summer schedules may be adjusted for safety, and guests will be informed in advance.
During Ramadan, some entertainment may be restricted, typically limited to the fire show only.
Children under 12 years must ride camels accompanied by an adult.
All activities are weather-dependent. In case of cancellation, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
