We took a private tour of the Uffizi. Our guide Amy was outstanding. Her knowledge of Florence and all the artwork was exceptional. Without a tour, the art is beautiful, but you would miss a lot of the meaning and nuances. I would highly recommend this tour. ★

I took this class with Francesca in early September. Francesca was so lively and did a very nice job of ensuring everyone understood and heard each and every step. After reading some reviews I wasn’t sure if I was going to actually learn how to make the sauces; Francesca explained the entire process step-by-step. A month later, I was able to accurately re-create a Tuscan Ragú with homemade pappardelle. The wine was great. The people were great. It was an overall excellent experience. Thank you, Francesca, for sharing your family recipes!
I came before the rest of my group came to Italy; I wish I would’ve been able to find some thing for our large group just like this!★
