Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

The Tour may be operated by a multilingual guide.

The minimum age to join the Tour is 12 years old, and children need to be accompanied by an adult. According to city regulations, participants must be at least 14 years old to ride a Segway. For those under the age requirement, we offer e-bikes that are suitable for children, with the price remaining the same.

Minimum weight for Segway riders is 45 kg (100 lbs) and the maximum is 120 kg (265 lbs).

The tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the Tour.

In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded.

The tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress appropriately for the season you're traveling in. If it rains, we provide raincoats. In the event of severe weather, we will offer the option to reschedule for an alternative date and time.
