Reviews: Rome: Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel Skip-the-Line Ticket
Guest User2026-01-06
The ticket delivers on its promise! You will pick up your official ticket right in front of the queue, on the other side of the sidewalk. Easy pickup, but please note that everyone who will be using the ticket must be present together. No queue, just a security check which is extremely fast.
Reviews: Exclusive Private Tour: Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica

We did a 3 hour beat the line tour led by Giovanni in a group of 16 on a very busy Saturday in October. I felt that the extra cost worth it for significant reduction in queueing time. Giovanni was a great tour guide, keeping us engaged through via his commentary via the headsets that are handed out as you enter the museum. He picked out several key items and talked them in detail, placing them in historical and religious context of their period. Loved his commentary on Sistine Chapel and Michelangelo, brought the whole work to life, useful guide through otherise overwhelming detail. Would recommend!

Maria Linda was excellent. What an impressive knowledge base and she shared it very well. We were particularly grateful because she arranged for me to take two elevators and to skip the line to get into St Peter’s because of my mobility problems. She was very very good and we were lucky to have her today.
