1. ForJoin-in Tour Guests:

For the 9-Person Small Group: Each guest may bring up to 1 piece of luggage. This package is a small group transfer service (max 9 persons) with an English-speaking driver only. At each attraction, you will have free time to explore on your own. Professional guide, commentary, and on-site escort services are not included.

② Accurate tour confirmation will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address and phone number when placing your order. We will send the tour details (including the contact person's phone number, the exact meeting time, and the vehicle plate number) by 9:00 PM Japan local time, one day before the tour date.

③This is an international shared tour with a maximum of 9 participants. You will be traveling with guests from various countries. Please note that the driver communicates in basic English, primarily for coordinating schedules and announcing stops.

2. ForPrivate Vehicle Charter Guests:

① The private charter service includes a total of 10 hours of service time. After placing your order, please contact our customer service to confirm the departure time. You may choose your preferred pick-up time between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. The private charter is not charged per person. The total package price is the price for the entire vehicle, and the fixed number of participants shown in the package indicates the maximum passenger capacity of the vehicle.

②After payment, our customer service team will contact you via WeChat or WhatsApp to confirm your hotel address, number of passengers, amount of luggage, destination(s), and sightseeing requirements.

If the pickup/drop-off area or destination exceeds the standard service range, an additional fee will apply.

The driver will add you on WeChat or WhatsApp no later than 20:00 on the evening before departure.

③ Within the Fuji Five Lakes area, the itinerary can be adjusted slightly according to your needs. Please contact our customer service and inform us of your itinerary requirements before making payment.

If you would like to add extra destinations, additional charges will apply. Please contact customer service before making payment to confirm the cost.

④ The private Vehicle charter service duration is 10 hours in total, calculated from hotel pickup to hotel drop-off, and includes an English-speaking driver.

If the service exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of JPY 5,000 per hour will be charged (any portion of an hour is counted as one full hour).

⑤ Price includes: driver service fee, driver meals, highway tolls, bridge and road tolls, fuel costs, and parking fees.

Price excludes: attraction admission tickets, overtime fees, and late-night service fees.

For service between 22:00 and 07:00, a late-night fee of JPY 2,000 per trip will be charged.

⑥ Vehicle capacity:

7-seater: up to 6 passengers + 4 pieces of 24-inch luggage

10-seater: up to 9 passengers + 9 pieces of 24-inch luggage

14-seater: up to 13 passengers + 6 pieces of 24-inch luggage

Yamanakako Kaba Amphibious Bus

(If you would like to join this experience, you must book a package that includes the Kaba Bus ticket. Packages without the ticket do not visit the Kaba Bus boarding location, so tickets cannot be purchased on-site during the tour.)
