This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^

A day trip to Nusa Penida was an incredible experience! I highly recommend booking both the East and West routes simultaneously to make the most of your day – it's definitely worth it. Each side has its unique highlights, so combining them gives you a more comprehensive understanding of the island's beauty. Kelingking Beach is absolutely mesmerizing – its cliff views are even more captivating in real life and are a must-see for any visitor to Nusa Penida. The customer service was excellent, and the driver/guide helped take photos throughout the trip, providing great emotional value!

He didn't just show us the famous beauty spots, he told us fascinating stories, and he ensured our comfort and safety at every step. Didi is also a brilliant photographer! He's an incredible bonus to the tour. He knows all the best angles. We highly recommend him to anyone considering a tour to Nusa Penida! A perfect birthday in Ubud! The tour on January 17th was a wonderful gift. I was picked up from Seminyak at 8:30 AM and returned by 6:15 PM. I saw the highlights: adorable monkeys in the sacred forest, the stunning Tegalalang rice terraces, and the ancient Tirta Empul temple. A delicious lunch in a shady spot helped me catch my breath from the heat. The famous Jungle Swing was nearby—flying over the jungle was the highlight! The staff took great photos and videos for me. Then I saw the powerful Tegenanang Waterfall and cooled off in a small pool near the temple. Special thanks to the guide, Made Karyana! Not only did he organize everything perfectly and give engaging explanations, but he also helped with photos throughout the day. He was very attentive and pleasant to talk to (we spoke in English, of course). I wholeheartedly recommend him and this action-packed tour for a vibrant introduction to Ubud!
