If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Meet & Greet point is at Harbour

We are departing from Dubai Harbour

The boat will depart sharp, we recommend you arrive at least arrive 20-30 min prior to your charter and make the operations team aware when you arrive.

No refunds will be given if you miss the boat.

Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.

Important note

Please report at the venue 20-30 minutes prior to the departure time. and there is the lounge to relax.
Minors under 2yrs are permitted but must remain within the Saloon or Cabin area accompanied by an adult.
Children under the age of 9 are required to wear life jackets throughout the charter.
Child should be accompanied by Adult throughout the visit.
If guests fail to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
There will be no allocated spaces for guests. You will be free to move around the boat
