We were picked up and dropped off without any problems. Nikolai, the driver and guide, showed and explained everything. Everything was simple, easy, and explainable. I recommend Nikolai the Guide.

I must give our tour guide, Mr. Mu, a five-star rating! The entire route was exceptionally well-planned, avoiding detours and rushing. His explanations at each attraction were packed with valuable information; he didn't just recite lines but also shared many local historical anecdotes and hidden gems, making the tour captivating. When elderly people or children fell behind, he would proactively slow down to help with luggage and find rest areas – incredibly thoughtful. Furthermore, there was absolutely no hard selling; it was a truly immersive experience. I'll definitely use him again next time I'm here!
