Pinnacles Tours is a quality tour company. The itinerary included in the package exceeded our expectations. Logistics, toilet stops and lunch venue were well-thought out. So glad to have taken up this package which supports businesses and smaller towns in WA.

Special mention to our tour guide + driver on Sun 28 Sep 2025 - JAMIE. Jamie is truly excellent. He is polite and professional, takes great care in his work. He took the effort to remember where passengers were from, took down details of where we each would like to be dropped off end of day. Throughout the drive, he spent a lot of time sharing details about WA and places where we passed. For a one-man show, it was really impressive, considering the trip was a long one (we were picked up from 7.30am and dropped off 7pm, with 4 major stops/activities throughout the day). He was tireless, right till the end when it was getting late towards drop-off, he was still the same professional person as he was at 7.30am. Felt very safe dozing off during the long drives between stops as he presented as a reliable driver.
Really appreciate the pride and care with which Jamie carried out his profession, especially it being a Sunday what more. Please convey our deepest thanks to Jamie for such a wonderful job done that all 24 of us had such a great day and safe journeys!★

Our tour guide, Mr. Wang, led us through the sightseeing, making me feel very safe and secure in a foreign place. He also paid close attention to our food and transportation needs. I highly recommend Mr. Wang; he is very knowledgeable about the local area. If you want to visit other interesting places, you can ask him for his advice. Although it rained heavily that day, the schedule was perfectly arranged, with no time wasted. Thank you, Mr. Wang!★

There were around 20 people on the tour, including Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Westerners, and other Asians. There were many rest stops along the way, and if you got hungry, there were places to buy snacks or KFC, so we had plenty of fun on the bus. ☺︎ Of course, the tourist spots were also very beautiful, so I didn't feel pressed for time.★

Despite the rain we still had a great time on the tour. Perry the guide was very friendly, and knowledgable of the area. He gave us insights on the surrounding local areas and gave us plenty of time to wander off without feeling rushed to do next items.
The wine tasting and the meal at the winery was just divine and watching the penguins return from the ocean was priceless! Not something you see everyday.
Highly recommend this tour as it allows you to explore Phillip’s island without planning it on your own.
