- Each voucher can only be used once and cannot be used for repeated entry
- Check-in and baggage drop-off start time is approximately 2 hours before flight departure. Please confirm the flight check-in time before booking this trip.
- Shower facilities must be reserved at the on-site counter before use, first come first served, subject to on-site supply. If you need to make a reservation, please inform the counter staff when redeeming; private showers and private lounges are subject to additional charges
- The VIP lounge is wheelchair and infant accessible
- Please do not bring outside food into the VIP room
- Please note that the VIP lounge is located in the restricted area of the airport. Passengers using the VIP lounge must hold a valid boarding pass and passport. Transit passengers must hold a boarding pass.
