First of all, thank you to our driver, Xiao Xin, for his enthusiastic introductions! He even pointed out the attractions we didn't get to see, and most importantly, his photography skills are excellent; he even made a short video for us. Thank you so much! 😄 He chatted with us along the way too. Highly recommended! This itinerary is also very convenient, allowing us to visit both Sun Moon Lake and Cingjing Farm in one trip! 😄

We would like to start by thanking Mr Cash Ma, our tour guide for out day trip to Sun Moon Lake and Qingjing Farm. Very good in explainung and make a lot of effort to make us comfortable especially with my parents who have difficulties in walking. The while trip was very pleasent and and relaxing. He was always making sure of the elderly well being too like helping them with going in and put of his car and waiting for them. Thank you Mr Cash Ma for ypur genuine help and friendliness and making my family feels comfortable!

The agency will reach out 1-2 days before the trip. Driver 江偉嘉 and his group gives a lot of recommendation, took photos and delivered to us on WhatsApp. He also went above his duty to drop us at Fengjia night market. I will recommend this tour agency. No hard selling of any products. Very punctual too
