On the day of travel, please bring your electronic confirmation to the meeting point and wait for the transfer service.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 100 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

[About flights] Please note: No helicopter tour flies over the top of Uluru or Kata Tjuta. We comply with Australian National Park flight procedures. These procedures aim to reduce helicopter noise impact on other park visitors and enhance the sightseeing experience for guests participating in helicopter tours.
