1-5 Person Tour with guaranteed empty seats (max 5 travelers), featuring door-to-door service using 7-seater business vehicles to ensure only 2 passengers in the back row for spacious comfort. (1-3 persons: 5-seater car including driver, max 4 persons; 4-5 persons: 7-seater car including driver, max 6 persons)
For groups of 6-8 people: Travel with maximum capacity - 4 people will be arranged in a 5-seat car (including driver, total 5), 6 people in a 7-seat car (including driver, total 7), and 7-8 people in a 9-seat car (including driver, maximum 9 people).
③ Private Tour Package for up to 10 People (Price Adjustment Based on Group Size): This package includes private charter service. Groups of 1-4 people will be provided with a 5-seat car, 5-6 people with a 7-seat car, and 7-8 people with a 9-seat car. (During off-peak season, groups of 9-10 people will be provided with a 12-seat car. If Tianluokeng restricts 12-seat vehicle access due to special circumstances, arrangements will be made with either 5-seat or 7-seat cars as alternatives.)

City transfer time
Xiamen: Pick-up service available in Siming District and Huli District, late departure, no shopping (Pick-up between 7:30 - 8:15 AM, arriving at the attraction around 10:30 AM to start the tour. Specific times subject to daily arrangements).
- Zhangzhou: Pick-up service is available in Xiangcheng District and Longwen District. Vehicle arrangements will be made based on the number of travelers on the day. If there are not enough travelers departing from Xiamen, we will combine with travelers from Zhangzhou and pick them up when passing through Zhangzhou City, aiming to arrive at the attraction around 10:30 AM to start the tour. (Pick-up time is approximately between 8:30 AM - 9:15 AM, specific time subject to the day's arrangement.)
During peak season, heavy traffic is inevitable due to crowds. For a better travel experience, avoid peak hours by departing earlier—we recommend leaving approximately 30-60 minutes in advance.

In-Park Commentary Service
The Yunshuiyao Scenic Area includes guide services. Due to the considerable distance between sub-attractions at the Tianluokeng Tulou Cluster, drivers will provide transportation throughout with brief commentary, introductions, and photo opportunities.

During peak seasons such as Lunar New Year, Labor Day, National Day, summer vacation, and winter vacation when visitor numbers surge, there may be a shortage of attraction guides, resulting in 2-4 groups sharing one guide. The commentary remains thorough and attentive despite serving more visitors. Your understanding during these special circumstances is appreciated.
This product does not include shopping stops or forced shopping. The guides are mostly local residents with attraction commentary credentials. After the tour, they may invite you to their home or shop for tea and rest. Fujian Hakka Tulou and Hakka tea culture complement each other, with the Hakka people known as "the hospitable hosts." Whether you're on a group tour or self-guided tour at the local attraction, visitors are often invited for complimentary tea or hot water refills after the guide's commentary, where you can sit and relax. If tea is recommended, you may decide whether to purchase it. You can also decline and choose free time or lunch instead.
