Starting time is usually at 10:00 am, but there are some exceptional cases in which the tour may start at 11:00 am

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes
All participants must be self-sufficient, proficient swimmers and in sound health
The marine tax must be paid with cash (217 MXN) upon arrival at the check-in
The snorkeling activity may be cancelled due to bad weather
There may be some exceptional cases where the visited coral reef is Colombia instead of Palancar
Bring comfortable beachwear, swimwear, long-sleeved UV filtering shirts, sandals, hats, cash or credit card (VISA or Master Card) for shopping and gratuities
The use of a life vest during the snorkeling activity is mandatory
This tour is inaccessible for children younger than 8 years old, people older than 70 years old, pregnant women people with asthma, heart conditions, respiratory conditions, blood pressure conditions, back/neck injuries or any other serious medical problem
Alcoholic beverages will be served only after the water activities

If a cancellation request is submitted before 09:58, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 09:58 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
