The blue cave is synonymous with diving in Okinawa, a world-famous blue cave located in Onna, Okinawa, Japan. This limestone cliff features a sea cave formed by coastal erosion. When sunlight enters the cave, it reflects off the white sandy seabed, creating a magical blue glow. Summer is the peak season, so advance booking is recommended.

Entering the water from the shore
• Led by an instructor, slowly enter the water from the shore (each instructor can lead a maximum of 8 participants for snorkeling and a maximum of 2 participants for scuba diving). Relax and swim slowly into the water without worrying about seasickness.
Practice in shallow water where you can stand, making it easy for first-time snorkelers to participate.

Activity process
1. Meeting
Free parking lot is provided for self-driving tourists, and the meeting location is just a 5-minute drive from the entry point.
② Fill out the disclaimer and change costumes
For safety considerations, all participants must wear wetsuits. We offer a complete range of diving equipment sizes for both children and adults. The shop also provides free coin-operated lockers for your convenience, making it easy to get started!
Depart for the blue cave entry point
Take the free shuttle bus and arrive in just 5 minutes.
4. Arrive at the entry point for safety briefing and instruction.
Before entering the water, the dive guide will explain precautions and provide equipment instructions. Both children, non-swimmers, and those without diving experience can safely participate. You'll need to descend via a long staircase to enter the water - please keep to the right side and walk carefully as the steps may be slippery.
Head to the blue cave
The instructor will guide everyone to swim to the Blue Cave. The swim to the Blue Cave takes about 10 minutes, during which you can enjoy the rich marine ecosystem!
Arrive at the blue cave
The instructor guides you into the dimly lit cave—when you look back toward the entrance, you'll witness a mysterious blue glow resembling fluorescent sapphire! The water's surface inside the cave shimmers with dreamy blue light while abundant fish swim below, creating such a wondrous sight that it helps dispel any fear of the ocean.
⑦ Return to the starting point and disband in the store
The store is equipped with warm water showers, changing room, and dressing area (with hairdryer). You can take a quick shower and change clothes after returning to the store.

1. If you feel unwell, please contact us before the activity date. If participants are found ineligible on the activity day, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund or rescheduling. Your understanding is appreciated!
2. Female participants may use tampons to join this itinerary during menstruation ※ No free cancellations or changes can be requested due to menstruation!
3. If sea conditions are rough on the day and access to the Blue Cave dive site is not possible, the activity may be temporarily changed to another dive site, with no refunds or rescheduling available. We appreciate your understanding!
