First, we took a bus tour around the city's major attractions. This was a great experience, giving visitors a glimpse into Vienna.
Then we headed to Schönbrunn Palace. There were no shopping stops along the way, which was fantastic.
Upon arriving at Schönbrunn Palace, there was a guided tour, which was also a very good experience.
Overall, it was excellent.★

We had a great time walking the streets of Vienna discovering the history of a few iconic landmarks of the city. We were a group of 6 and it was very friendly. Maria is dynamic and passionate and gave us lots of insights and advice for our stay and even had surprises for us. Highly recommend this tour at the beginning of your stay.★

The organization and preparation by the travel agency was excellent! The hotel was more like a 3-star than a 4-star. Breakfast was very good, but there was no bar as described. That was a shame. The rooms and the hotel itself are visibly showing their age. However, it's very centrally located (city center, transport links, Mariehilfer Straße shopping street) for an acceptable price. Otherwise, everything was great!
