This trip was amazing. We truly enjoyed it. Esteban and Phillipe are great hosts. We did not only enjoy the waterfalls but the opportunity to meet the people of the Embera village, to learn about their culture and to interact with them. The lunch was amazing! Freshness 100% and lovely presentation. I had mentioned to Esteban that it was my mom’s birthday celebration and she received a surprise Birthday celebration from them. She will hold that gift in her heart always. The ride in canoes, the walk to the waterfall, the chance to interact with other visitors also were an incredible experience. I highly recommend this tour. I can’t wait to go back and do it again. Once again thank you to Esteban and Phillipe for making this family reunion extra special. Kudos to you guys!

Our tour guide, Eric, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He picked us up from the resort on time and took lots of pictures for us. The tour is the perfect amount of time to do something else afterwards. The IMAX movie is very informative and it ended right in time to catch 2 ships going through the canal in 2 lanes.

Why was my itinerary limited to boarding at Dongdaemun, while other tour companies allowed boarding at Myeongdong and Hongdae? I was staying in Myeongdong, woke up at 6:00 AM, had breakfast, and rushed to Dongdaemun by subway at 7:40 AM. I even went to the wrong exit and boarded the wrong tour bus! After boarding at Dongdaemun, the tour bus drove back to Myeongdong subway station exit 8 to pick up other tourists. It felt like I was being tossed around between Dongdaemun and Myeongdong. The toboggan ride was thrilling, and feeding the seagulls shrimp chips was fun. The bicycles were very tiring; it took my friend and me 30 minutes to pedal back and forth 🤣🤣. The restaurant for lunch was delicious; it would have been better if the tour guide had been more attentive.

This was a pleasant experience. The entire itinerary was well-planned, rich in content, and also catered to the special needs of us seniors. The customer service team responded quickly and resolved issues promptly. In particular, our driver, Mr. Boy, performed exceptionally well. He arrived on time to greet us, demonstrated skillful driving, drove efficiently along the route, and provided professional and attentive service at the attractions. Especially when we forgot something in the car, the driver and platform customer service proactively informed us and offered to personally deliver it to our hotel. We were truly touched. Thank you! The trip to Quanling and Yuanjia Village was beyond our expectation. Our tour guide, Ms. 王,gave us an overview full of details regarding China’s only female emperor Wu. Her story of Emperor Wu was both intriguing and entertaining. She was very flexible, letting us spent as much time as we wanted in the sites we visited. She took great care of us . We had a great time.


