The tour was very fun and a great Experience, the tour guide was very attentive and kind, considering i do not speak chinese, they still found ways to communicate important messages and indications with me, online support via WeChat is also good, the tour team also was very kind with me and provided support when needed. I was quite happy. Although I missed my bus and ferry due to a problem with the pick-up and drop-off location, I quickly caught up with the group after our guide, Li Jianan, patiently resolved the issue. His explanations along the way were very detailed, and he took excellent care of us, making me feel very comfortable and at ease.

The tour was well organised - despite there only being two of us it went ahead and became a private tour instead so we enjoyed ourselves. The driver was very good and safe at driving, knowledgable and proactive at taking photos and guiding us away from the crowds. My only recommendation is to alter the tour (contact the tour operator earlier if you can) and skip Yunshuiyao, and go see Yongding Tulou instead as its a bit different from the Tianluokeng cluster.

Ms. Wang did a great job and was on time, friendly and helpful. Service in Mandarin which to me doesn’t matter but English is limited. Definitely would use again, great experience
