Excellent experience with the guides, especially José/Javier (JJ). From the start, JJ was very attentive, professional, and friendly, always willing to explain the historical and cultural details clearly. It's clear he has a deep understanding of the subject matter and is passionate about what he does, which makes the tour even more interesting. He also took great care of the group, maintained excellent organization, and created a pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire experience. Highly recommended, without a doubt. Our tour guide was incredibly nice, with a well-planned itinerary. He patiently accompanied us throughout the tour, explaining the history and culture, and even acted as our photographer 📸. We were very lucky to encounter the snow-covered castle 🏰. Both places are definitely worth visiting! I highly recommend hiring our guide, Xiao Ke 👍★
