How to use

• All customers with a reservation must CHECK IN 15min prior to the tour start. If the group is late, their reservation will be automatically canceled without any rescheduling or refund. (Reservations: 00351 912562190) .

• In case of bad weather and if the Company considers that there are no safety conditions to operate the activity, it's possible to reschedule on the same day pending availability (no refund).

• This tour operate in the rain so please check the weather conditions and dress accordantly.

• All participants must have between 45Kg and 118Kg (100 lbs. and 260 lbs.); and minimum of 1.5meters (4.9 feet).

• Minors must be accompanied by an adult who must sigh a Statement of Responsability for children up to 17years old upon arrival.

• It´s forbidden for pregnant women and intoxicated people, not recommended to mentally or physically incapacitated people or to people with a prosthesis.

• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

• Minimum numbers of 2 people apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

• All reservations can be rescheduled/refunded/canceled free of charge up until 24h working hours before the activity. After that, all reservations will be charged in full at 100%.
