Excellent experience with the guides, especially José/Javier (JJ). From the start, JJ was very attentive, professional, and friendly, always willing to explain the historical and cultural details clearly. It's clear he has a deep understanding of the subject matter and is passionate about what he does, which makes the tour even more interesting. He also took great care of the group, maintained excellent organization, and created a pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire experience. Highly recommended, without a doubt. We both took the city sightseeing tours and were absolutely thrilled. The routes were very interesting and informative, and the guides were consistently friendly and helpful. Our only criticism was that it wasn't possible to get off at certain stops to take a closer look at individual sights. We found this disappointing, as that would have made the tour perfect. Overall, though, a highly recommended experience!★

My tour was on a Christmas morning with John and the city was asleep and I was the only person for the tour so it ended up becoming a private tour. John was an excellent guide and I'm amazed how much we got to see on the route he had planned. 10/10 recommend
