Reviews: From Launceston: Full-Day Wineglass Bay Explorer Active Tour
Guest User2026-01-07
Day out with Rodney was good, he’s a competent driver having parking skills like few others and even making an early judgement to detour just as an accident (not ours) was occurring. Picking me up from my own accommodation was a nice touch. He was really easy to talk to, although I think he could have helped break the ice amongst us weary passengers (we ended up talking amongst ourselves, well, most of us), and be more interested knowing us, if just to make us feel comfortable. Nevertheless this didnt detract from the overall experience. Plenty of stops for eating breaks before the official lunch period. He was flexible with timing asking us how long to spend where, and all sites the tour offered were delightful. Oysters? Local Tassie baked goods? Check-check. The scenery - beautiful, and he stayed with the guests who found the hike challenging. Was an easy day out when you don’t want to do the driving or deal with national park passes yourself. Highly recommended! I’ll camp there….

Reviews: Launceston: 4-Hour Batman Bridge Luncheon Cruise
Guest User2026-01-08
This was a wonderful and very relaxing way to spend half a day in Launceston. The cruise along the Tamar River is beautiful, especially passing through Cataract Gorge and then heading out toward Batman Bridge, with plenty of great photo opportunities along the way. The scenery changes nicely from dramatic gorge walls to open countryside, vineyards, and riverside homes, which keeps the trip interesting the whole time. The crew were friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, providing informative and engaging commentary about the history of the area, local wildlife, and landmarks along the river. It added a lot to the experience and helped us appreciate what we were seeing. Morning tea, lunch, and the wine and beer tastings were all well organised and enjoyable, with a good selection and generous portions. It felt well paced, with time to relax, chat, and enjoy the views without feeling rushed. Overall, this is an excellent cruise if you want a comfortable, scenic, and informative e
Reviews: Launceston: 2.5-Hour Afternoon Discovery Cruise

The trip along the Tamar Estuary was very interesting and enjoyable. The crew were really friendly and helpful, adding to the enjoyment of the afternoon. They provided us with comfortable cushions so that we could sit on the front deck to take in the scenery and took photos for us as well. We would thoroughly recommend this cruise to visitors to Launceston !
Reviews: Cradle Mountain: After Dark Tasmanian Devil Feeding Tour

A great way to see Tasmania devils and to learn more about them. No need to arrive much more than 10 mins before the session as you could round the area during the feeding session. Got to see wombats and Qualls too. Would recommend dressing warm as the temperature does drop and make you feel cooler when stood watching. Guide was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the session
