Because the temperature difference between day and night is large on the plateau, you need to prepare fleece jackets or cotton jackets, long-sleeved T-shirts, and thin down jackets if you are afraid of cold. 3. Comfortable shoes, convenient for outdoor sports, choose hard-soled high-top hiking shoes, which are not easy to get into sand and stones, not easy to fall off when crossing muddy ground, and are better at water insulation and warmth preservation. It is also recommended to bring a pair of slippers.
