Lost baggage information

• Baggage transportation fees are included in the ticket price. For loss or damage attributable to the carrier, Article 2 of Law No. 450/1985 applies, stipulating compensation of €6.20 per kg with a maximum limit of €123.29 per piece of baggage. Claims for lost or damaged baggage must be made upon retrieval from the bus luggage compartment, otherwise they will be forfeited.
• Any items found on the bus are stored at the SIT s.r.1 headquarters in Rome at Viale Ostiense 256-00144. The return time slot is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 6 PM.
