How to use

1. Booking instructions: For non-holiday periods, we recommend booking at least 1 day in advance. For holidays, bookings require at least 2 days' advance notice. Earlier bookings provide more available time slots. For same-day bookings, please contact customer support to confirm photographer availability. Thank you for your understanding!

2. Customer support will contact you within 1 hour after your booking to confirm the actual shooting date, time, location, and other details. Customer support hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Note: The above price does not include any personal expenses such as vehicle rentals and admission tickets, which need to be paid separately.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
