The Wiener Riesenrad is a symbol of the city, towering 65 meters above the Prater and offering unforgettable views of Vienna. Located within Vienna's historic Prater amusement park, the Wiener Riesenrad has been gently rotating above the rooftops of Vienna for 120 years. Q: How do I redeem train tickets?

A: Show your ticket (printed or on your device) to a staff member at one of our stations or on the bus. They will issue you a receipt that you can use to ride the bus within the ticket's expiration date.

Q: What is the child ticket policy?

A: Child tickets can be purchased for children aged 5–15. Children under 5 years old travel for free. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Q: Can I change the date (and time) of my bus tour?

A: If you have a ticket with the "Free Date Change Guarantee", you can change the date (and time) of bus tour reservation free of charge. To change, please contact us before the date and time of your originally booked bus tour.

If you do not have a ticket with "Free Date Change Guarantee", we can still change the date of your bus trip, but please note that a fee will be required. Choose to change the date or upgrade to a different "Fully Flexible" ticket. Please contact us to change your bus trip date.
