If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 100 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Kayaking is a barefoot activity; showers and changing rooms are available on-site.
While unlikely, if you fall, please don't panic. One of your guides will assist you in returning to the kayak following the safety briefing instructions.
While very useful, you will need a personal flotation device, specifically a life jacket, to ensure you stay afloat if you fall into the water. Your instructor will be nearby to assist you.
