Booking Policies - All passengers must arrive at the operation location at least 30 minutes before departure time. - Please note that if you miss your scheduled departure, you will not be eligible for a later booking or refund. If you are not present during check-in for your pre-booked departure time, our boarding team will attempt to contact you. Please ensure you provide a mobile phone number that your lead passenger will have with them on the booking day. - The Yellow Boats will prioritize all customers according to their booking times and will not allow late arrivals to affect later departure times. The Yellow Boats is not responsible for factors beyond our control, such as delayed commuter services, traffic, or parking difficulties (this list is not exhaustive). - Children under 5 years old are not permitted on any tours. Children aged 5 and above must be accompanied by an adult or guardian over 18 years old. - The Yellow Boats reserves the right to adjust your booking time or day due to operational needs or other company commitments. - The Yellow Boats requires a minimum of 6 passengers to operate tours. If the selected tour does not meet this requirement, we may offer to reschedule the tour free of charge or provide a full refund. - The Yellow Boats reserves the right to cancel any cruise for safety or other reasons, with or without prior notice. In case of cancellation, we will issue a gift voucher, reschedule your booking free of charge, or provide a full refund. The Yellow Boats shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred due to cancellation. - Drones are not permitted for this activity.
