▲ - The vehicle will wait at the hotel for up to 10 minutes before departing for the next hotel (if the pick-up time is scheduled for 7:00–7:30 AM, please wait in the lobby starting at 7:00 AM and do not leave, as the driver may arrive at any time). If you miss the pick-up due to personal lateness, you must arrange your own transportation to the site to join the tour. Failure to attend will be considered a voluntary forfeiture with no refunds or changes allowed. Please verify the confirmation details with the driver before boarding.
▲ Due to Thailand's complex traffic conditions, waiting up to 30 minutes for a shared transfer is common. If you don't see the driver after 30 minutes, please contact the customer support number/WeChat or online customer support listed on your confirmation immediately to avoid delays. The supplier does not accept cancellations, refunds, or compensation requests due to late pick-up for shared transfers.
▲ The skydiving experience lasts about 30 minutes, with longer preparation and waiting times. Each plane can only accommodate four passengers, with departures every half hour. Shuttle guests must wait until all guests in their batch complete skydiving before returning together. The activity duration is for reference only.

▲ [Safety Notice] : Guests who are pregnant, have hypertension, heart disease, asthma, or other conditions that prevent strenuous activity, or those who were heavily intoxicated the previous day cannot participate in skydiving. Diving is prohibited within 24 hours before the activity as it may cause hearing damage. Cleaning fees will be charged if vomiting soils the aircraft or equipment (aircraft cleaning fee: 100,000 THB). Participants must be at least 6 years old and under 60 years old. Minors aged 6–18 must have parental/guardian consent and provide valid legal documentation such as a passport.
▲ Safety is non-negotiable, and overweight fees will be strictly enforced according to the following standards: DROPZONE weight limit: 95–100 kg, additional fee of 1,000 THB; 101–110 kg, additional fee of 2,000 THB; 111–115 kg, additional fee of 3,500 THB. Individuals weighing over 115 kg are not permitted to skydive. Actual fees are subject to on-site standards. The above is for reference only. Weighing is conducted on-site, and overweight fees must be paid in THB cash. Failure to notify in advance may result in inability to skydive if weight exceeds the limit, with no refunds provided.
▲ [After-Sales Service] : Skydiving provides shuttle shared transfer service. The vehicle needs to pick up guests from multiple hotels, and the driver is doing their best. However, delays are common due to language barriers, guest tardiness, traffic congestion, etc., occasionally even up to 1–2 hours. Upon arrival, each plane can only accommodate four passengers, with departures every half hour. Shuttle guests need to wait until all guests in the same batch complete their skydiving before returning together. If you're in a hurry or mind waiting, we strongly recommend using the VIP private car service (additional fee).
▲ If you choose shared transfer, please wait in the hotel lobby or at the entrance at the notified time. If the vehicle arrives and cannot locate you within 10 minutes, it must depart due to other passengers' waiting time. If you miss this shuttle, you'll need to arrange your own transportation or book a private transfer. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience caused.
▲ On the day of your trip, please wear casual sportswear and sneakers (avoid collared shirts if possible). If you are nearsighted, you may wear contact lenses. Do not wear skirts, high heels, or sandals. The venue provides sneakers, but sizes may not match, so we recommend bringing your own.
▲ Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables. With large crowds, lost items are difficult to recover! Females should tie up their hair to prevent it from standing straight up. Avoid wearing jewelry such as earrings, necklaces, or bracelets, as they may be blown away at speeds of 200 mph.
▲ [Change & Cancellation Policy] : Once the agreement is signed, the service is considered initiated. Regardless of whether you board the plane or complete the skydiving, the service has been executed and fees are non-refundable. If the skydiving trip is canceled due to weather conditions or mechanical failure, we will assist you in rescheduling with the staff or arrange a full refund. However, private car fees and any additional charges beyond the pick-up & drop-off area are non-refundable as they have already been incurred.
