1. Age restrictions: Children aged 3 and under cannot participate in this itinerary. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Weight limit: For those under 180 cm tall, weight must be below 105 kg; for those 180 cm tall or taller, weight must be below 115 kg. If you exceed these weights, an additional fee of approximately AUD 30 will be charged on-site. The maximum weight limit is 135 kg; exceeding this limit will prevent participation.

3. Restrictions: Pregnant women and travelers with heart disease or back and arm injuries cannot participate in this itinerary.

4. This activity is high-risk. Please purchase relevant insurance on your own. If an accident occurs without insurance, our company will not be able to assist in handling the matter. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Whale watching in Gold Coast

- Introduction

Sea World Whale Watch: Experience whale watching on a double-decker/triple-decker cruise with stable sailing, spacious viewing decks, and onboard English commentary. Enjoy 360-degree panoramic views of the ocean meeting the sky, and you might even spot sea turtles, dolphins, and other marine creatures.

By default, you will participate in the hot air balloon ride at 2 PM on the day it ends, and you cannot change to other time slots.

Adult: 14 years of age or above; child: 3–13 years of age; infant free of charge

● Instructions

*How to use: After placing an order, availability needs to be reconfirmed. Once your booking is successful, we will send an e-confirmation to your email address. There is no need to print the e-confirmation. On the day of your activity, please go to the designated location according to the confirmation, and present the e-confirmation to redeem ticket/directly join the tour.

*Meeting time: Please arrive at the cruise company's check-in counter at least 15 minutes in advance to prepare for boarding.

*Self-arranged round-trip address: Sea World Cruises Terminal (next to Sea World)

*Cancellation policy: Whale sightings are natural phenomena and highly weather-dependent. If sea conditions are poor on the day, the tour may be canceled last minute, in which case we will provide a full refund or reschedule. If no whales/dolphins are spotted during the tour, the boat company will issue a free rewatch voucher valid for 30 days (specific terms apply onsite). This voucher guarantees sightings on subsequent attempts, but no refunds will be given. We recommend allowing extra time in your schedule in case rescheduling is needed after an unsuccessful first attempt.
