How to use
1. You'll receive a confirmation SMS from Trip.com after your booking is successfully placed.
The guide will confirm the meeting time and location with you by phone or SMS by 9:00 PM the day before departure. Please ensure your registered phone number is reachable (may be delayed until 11:00 PM on holidays).
On the day of your trip, please arrive at the meeting point before the scheduled time (we recommend arriving 10 minutes early) with the reserved traveler's name and a valid ID (ID card/Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau/passport, etc.).
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
A fee of 30% will be charged for cancellations requested before 00:00 on the day of date of use.
A fee of 80% will be charged for cancellations requested after 00:00 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
