As long as you speak a little English, the overall experience is good. The volcano has a short time, and it is recommended to climb to the top.

We had a great day, our guide and driver were both excellent. Our guide was very informative on route to Vesuvius, Advise (take your hiking boots or walking shoes for the final trip up) on route back we stopped off and had some lunch at lovely pizza restaurant we then headed off to Pompeii. Pompeii was extremely busy but we were well looked after in our group and taken to all the most interesting places within the city. We can highly recommend this tour agreat day out and food and drink included 😎

You state that people should arrive 20 minutes before departure, yet the bus arrives only 5 minutes before. People were confused, looking for any information on whether they were in the right place, and feeling anxious. You should make it clearer that there is no guide on site and that the bus arrives just 5 minutes before departure. In the end, we departed 8 minutes late. overall it was a nice trip!

A great day out. Well organised and friendly staff. The meeting instructions were clear and the team were there early to greet everyone before we went to the coach. Spent 2 hours at Pompeii where the tour shows you the highlight and the key points before a lunch break. The lunch is not included but the restaurant has a set menu for €17 per person. The afternoon was a short drive up to the entrance to Vesuvius national park where tickets were provided and got to spend an hour to climb the final part to the peak where you get great views of the coast. Then a coach ride back to the start completes the day. Overall a great experience and well worth it as everything is well planned and organised. Would recommend.


