We had a bit of trouble meeting up, but it was because we were too early, and the other tour guides kindly helped us out, and we were able to meet our guide, Chen, without any problems. (The AI chat's answers were completely nonsensical and useless.) The tour was fantastic, and thanks to Chen's fluent Japanese, we were able to efficiently cover areas of the itinerary that we would never have been able to cover on our own, so we were very satisfied. We had unfortunate weather at Gaomei Wetlands, so we'd like to go back and get revenge.★

Eric, our tour guide is very knowledgable and entertaining. He is very passionate in his job and makes sure that each traveller's needs are met. The tour is as advertised and very organised especially in terms of ordering lunch, ice cream and boba tea with are all done in advanced. We didn't have to wait in the queue. Overall, I highly recommend this tour.★

We had originally booked Cingjing Farm & Gaomei Wetlands, but due to insufficient participants, the tour couldn't proceed, so we changed it to Sun Moon Lake & Cingjing Farm. I was initially a little disappointed, but after setting off, I discovered that Sun Moon Lake was also beautiful, and the itinerary was comfortable. The timing was perfect. Our fellow travelers included people from the USA, South Korea, and Singapore. Also, I must commend our guide and driver, Ken; he diligently introduced the sights and Taiwanese culture along the way, drove safely and steadily, and gave us time to rest. I had a baby (1.5 years old) with me, and she fell asleep quickly as soon as we got in the car. They even made a special arrangement for the three of us to sit together. He also took many beautiful photos for us. He recommended good restaurants for lunch. His time management was excellent.
